Description for registration packet

Description of workshop or poster session for registration packet (<100 words)—please be specific and include:

• Overall purpose of the workshop or poster session
• Description of the type of information being shared (i.e. research, practice oriented, medical).
• Description of targeted age group (early childhood, elementary, high school, adult, etc.)
• Details of the population to which information best replies (students/adults with low vision, gifted students, struggling braille readers, students with multiple disabilities, etc.)
• Indicate the type of presentation (i.e. hands on, lecture, interactive, panel discussion) and the target audience (teachers of students with visual impairments, rehabilitation teachers, low vision therapists, transcribers, parents or others)

Please list up to three learning objectives which participants will gain through your workshop or poster session. These objectives will provide necessary information for obtaining continuing education credits for conference attendees.
